Compare Standard Google Analytics Goals, Google Analytics 360 Funnels and SkyGlue Funnels
Standard free Google Analytics allows you to define “goals” and create basic funnels using the “funnel visualization” or “goal flow” report. However, they are not retroactive. In addition, you need to define goals first and wait for the data to be collected. The funnel configuration options are limited.
Google Analytics 360 has a custom funnel report feature. It allows you to create retroactive funnels and provides more configuration options. However, it is expensive (starts at $150,000/year).
Neither standard Google Analytics nor Google Analytics 360 allows you to drill down on individual visitors to understand why visitors drop in the funnel and how you can improve the conversion rate.
